Q: Is this worth filing a complaint with the charter school?
My child was pushed down the stairs by another student and told to get up by the teacher.
He was not sent to the nurses offices and I wasn't informed of this incident. While at home my child took a long nap and that's when I found out that he had hit his head and had a headache. I had no knowledge otherwise I wouldn't have let him take a nap. I reached out to the school and im told that they will look into it but they haven't. I recently pulled him out of that school because of this. Not feeling like my child safety is priority while at the school. I looked to file a complaint but the principal is also on the Board of Trustees. Which seems to be a conflict of interest.
