School basically stated they can no longer help our daughter as she is autistic, they requested we move her 5 weeks before school ends. I spoke with dad and let him I spoke with the doe in arizona they said to file a mediation, which I did. But it still wouldn't keep our daughter at her current school, so they also listed a due process complaint and suggested that as well to keep her put. Dad was also informed with all documents and conversations I had with the doe. Well now the school is fighting the due process complaint stating dad didn't know what was going on and have it written in up in draft for us to sign. But because we are so high conflict I won't sign to agreement cause then will try and use that against me in court. I have all the emails that were sent to dad and emails from him asking if was approved so we could keep her there. What can I do
