Q: Does domestic violence play a factor in divorce?
I have been a victim of domestic violence from my spouse. Multiple times I have been physical and verbal abused by her and it even got to the point where I had to get an order of protection against her which started off as a stay away order and then dropped to a refrain from order. Can any of these factors play into divorce?
