I'm looking to buy a tiny home but the dealership that I am speaking to said that it is not legal in Louisiana to live in a tiny home that is on wheels. Is there a difference between a tiny home on wheels or a mobile home on wheels? I would like to be able to transport my tiny home once we will eventually buy land where we plan to settle permanently but it is in our plan to keep this tiny home on my in-laws property until we are able to buy land therefore I would rather not make it completely immovable if possible. Do y'all have any advice? Thank you in advance!
