San Antonio, TX asked in Criminal Law for Texas

Q: Can ur lawyer suddenly withdraw ?without telling you. & knowing it will cause you alot of serious legal problems.

He withdrew because he said there was a communication problem. He was the problem. He would forget things I told him, alot. He rarely answered his phone when I'd call him. I'd send him text messages, but he wouldn't respond . He knew I was in rehab but didn't tell the court. He filed a motion to withdraw & the judge granted it same day within minutes. Judge issued a warrant for me for FTA & for not retaining council as a condition of me being out on bond. A bond forfeiture & doubled my bond. Setting it at one hundred thousand dollars , Because of all these new charges he got me. They filed a motion to revoke on an old case , I am on probation for & issued a warrant for me. I'm in rehab 1,000 miles away & I have only 3weeks left to turn myself in & noway to pay to get back by then. ( I'm her mother, I'm writing this for her.) Iam in Oklahoma not Texas
