Q: I got a traffic citation for some improper equipment citations, I pleaded not guilty in the arraignment, can I fight it?
Improper Display of Registration (My license plate was falling off so I temporarily put it in my back window. I bought new fittings and hung it back up as soon as I was free to go),
No signature on Registration(I forgot but signed it right away),
No current address on Registration(it's my mailing address but he wanted it to be my home address),
Obstructed Windshield(tiny crack on the bottom of the passenger side, doesn't obstruct my view in any way, but I am getting the whole windshield replaced anyway),
Defective Brake Lamp(I was unaware of this and replaced the lamp as soon as I was free to go)
