Q: Is my husband responsible for me a place to live and things I have to have and my medical and dental care?
My common law husband of almost 18 years brought me to live at his mom's house after we had a house fire that has melted my car leaving me homeless and vehicleless. He has brought me out to the middle of nowhere without transportation, money or a working phone my sim is messed up. He has now told me to get out of his mom's house and I can't walk very far and I have no where to go or way to go . And I have over $1500. Worth of my personal belongings missing from when he went to jail and he refuses to let me file a statement or charges regarding them.
