bullying his way to my home to see our mother. I have offered to bring her to meet him to take her with him, but he and his wife insist on violating my wishes and coming to the home just to challenge me. I called the police recently on them when they arrived. 1 of the police officers said he could stay and didn't have to leave if our mother wanted him there. The other police officer advised him to leave the property and never come back because I am the legal owner of the property and have asked him not to come there. The home was my mother's, who 5 years ago quit claimed it from me to avoid it being taken by a nursing home in the near future if she needed to go. My brother and his wife were offered the home first, but they refused it and did not want the responsibility. When I took it instead, they began waging a legal and family war with me, convincing my mother to sign another deed to try to take property away. It was unsuccessful. They have also dragged me for filth to family memb
