Q: I'm on section 8 if my landlord has violated the contract between him and section 8 is he able to take me to court
He failed inspection because he didn't do what he was supposed to do I have been getting eviction notices since 11-2023 behind these issues now I'm getting eviction notice about paying rent and Clark county housing Authority pays 100% of my rent everything I'm stating I have paperwork from Clark county housing Authority to prove it he is suing for no rent which I can prove is wrong he is suing me for no contract which I can prove is wrong I hcan prove he been notified since June 2023 of the things that needed to be fixed which I have proof of he said he haven't been paid since June 2023 which is a lie ccha pays 100% of my rent and didn't void the contract with the owner until march2024
