Q: How does a man with a history of child abuse and removal of child from his home get custody of more from mom with no

History or criminal past of any kind has had custody of the children since birth works 2 jobs and has no state assistance for the children wants no child support from other parent and has solid physical documentation evidence witnesses and a simple google search can confirm that this man is a monster since his teens but with Questions asked and no findings or truth to allegations made by him or any concerns for the safety of the children literally no grounds what so ever be given temporary custody of the children and kept from their mom ripped from the only home they have ever know I'm only allowed to see them 24 hrs a week and have done nothing Wong but have been denied any help a guardian adlitum I asked to pay for both our parts to ensure we got one iv been denied protection orders on behalf of my children even with providing genuine cause for concern and I'm not allowed to protect them myself and that my one job as their mother how is this legal how did he not get looked into
