Atlanta, GA asked in Consumer Law for Georgia

Q: How to pursue someone who stole 47,000 from me. I wired them the money for a bobcat purchase

Can you help with a legal issue? I purchased land about a month ago. The agreement was for 15 acres of land, and a bobcat with 3 bucket attachments, and some timber that is on the land. Initially the agreement was for me to pay 115k in one transaction. The seller was adamant for me to bring all the money to the table. When I had all the money and was ready to purchase he changes the terms and says he wanted me to send it in 3 transactions. So I wired him 60k for the land. The deed as title has been transferred. I wired him 30k, and the other 25k. He had given me the instructions to go pick the machine up during this process. He told me I could use his trailer to go take possession of the machine. I had to fix his trailer and the machine and spend money on both just to take possession of it. I returned his trailer. I spent more money on the machine, and 3 days ago I have a message from him asking me if he could use the machine. 2 days ago he takes it from the land I purchased
