Q: I am a disabled medical assistant who is immunocompromised; thus I cannot receive live vaccines. A health care center in
NH sought me out, and offered me a job. But I have low immunity to measles and rubella and they have rescinded the job and refuse to give me reasonable accommodations like Ive gotten at other practices. Is this discrimination? They were willing to give me reasonable accommodations for not being Covid vaccinated! According to the CDC there hasnt been cases of either measles and rubella in years. And this was last July before any new of measles outbreaks in other parts of the US. Thank you.
