Q: Mobile Home Property Easement I live in a mobile home community. The mobile homes are in several rows.
The neighbor said I walked through his back yard walking to the park.
I believe the back area is the easement behind our trailers. Our understanding of an easement is for the utility companies and township to install, repair pipes, sewer lines, Internet box's, but we can walk through the area to the park which the neighborhood bums kids and adults do also. The guy said we trespassed walking through the middle area.
