Q: i need a lawyer who can help me file a lawsuit against a department of social service at nursong facilty, because

the department of social service at facilty refuses to reconize me as my mother health c are proxy. when by law i am. my mother chose me as her new health care agent in nov 19th 2022. all the forms was made out correctly and then notarized according to new york state law. we give the documents to the socail worker ther. butb it was rejected without any reason. therefore I wish to file a lawsuit on my mothers behalf
