Q: Let me start by saying this my boyfriend got a check for 104,000$ from an auto accident check sent in his name bc his

Mom's a Dr in our little town. She called the law and got us both locked up and then she sent her cousin lawyer in there for a power of attorney. They wrote it up it said at verbal dismissal she was to be no longer his power of attorney anymore. During this time we served 6 months we get out she hands him a card we spend 3000 on a vehicle she starts the process of trying to but our home and property instead of him he tells her and the bank calls his lawyer she cancels his card and moves 87000$ into her own purchsses a trailer and land never put it in his name paid insurance on our trailer collected money on it another 30000 because again while we were with them the cops got called and we spent the night in county and while there our trailer burnt to the ground his mom had his property in his stepdads name who had him locked up for being on the property which there's papertrail and contractors miles long who can corroborate do we have a case cause as it stands weve lost everything help
