Springfield, MA asked in Criminal Law for Massachusetts

Q: My mother told her local police false statements against me however did not press charges. One officer filed 2 criminal

Charges against me , summons me to court on 5/29. MIND you the officer NOR any of the police officers at the station where present ONLY my mother and I at her house during the timeframe that she falsely claimed I allegedly throw a rock , allegedly threaten her life. She only went to PD station spitefully to force me to leave her house by filing a 209A I am charged with

1) assault and battery with deadly weapon to someone over 60 years

2) threat to commit a crime

4 cops arrived at front door.one cop told me I was being charged with criminal charge. He said assault and battery at first . I immediately told him “ I didn’t touch my mother. He said “ heard of assault by means” I am innocent of these false accusations and charges. Am I facing jail/prison time?if so for what amount of timeShould file criminal complaint against the office who pressed charges falsely against me? How do I prove Norton PD is very bias against me due 2 prior false charge
