Las Vegas, NV asked in Landlord - Tenant for Nevada

Q: Never recieved copy of full lease agreement or HOA CC&R’s. Lived here for 7 yrs, HOA violations & charges. What can I do

We have lived in this house for 7 years. Initially we subleased the first 2 years then notified management company as original renter wanted name off lease. We signed a lease agreement and given a copy of the 1 page. I reached out a couple months ago to management company for a copy of full lease and HOA information/CC&R’s as we have gotten a few violations and charges over the years, they still only sent the 1 page so I don’t even know what we are responsible for etc. is there anything that can be done about charges for the violations as we are completely unaware of what the CC&R’s even are until we’re hit with the violation and charge? Also, just received another violation but the picture included in the email if of another house, completely different address, name and HOA but the charge is on our account? We’ve tried notifying HOA about the issue of no copy of information they were also no help, didn’t even offer to provide one. Only asked surprisingly “Oh, you’re renters?”
