Dallas, TX asked in Real Estate Law for Texas

Q: Can I come back and sue someone for sale a piece of property that my grandparents owned about 12 years ago

12 years ago my grandma bought 5.9 acres of land she owned it and it was paid off but right before she died the person she bought it from resold it to someone else illegally.......and now I am old enough and I understand the whole situation of what happened and I am wondering if I can come back and take it to court and sue the man that sold my grandma property...... because even though my grandma has been gone for about 10 years the land when it comes down to it still belongs to my grandma so is it to late for me to come back and get my grandma land back
