Q: The property manager refuses to put lock on door. Maintenance is spraying chemicals that irritate. Disabled Vet
The chemical is Odoban. I don't know because the maintenance man left the building quickly after doing several sprays. It says do not breathe the mist. The lease was cancelled after requesting security and stopping of sparaying chemicals. The SDS and directions say do not breathe mist.
There are people coming to my office 'looking at the offices.' Then the maintenance man keeps getting upset about the thermostat. He says it is an old building. But the outside doors have light shining in where there should be weatherstripping. He gets aggressive, I told the property manager. I would call the police the next time he behaves that way.
