A: I'm so sorry to hear that you experienced this distressing situation. It must have been very frightening and upsetting to urgently need help and not receive it from the McDonald's employees. A few thoughts:

First and foremost, if you are still in need of emergency medical assistance, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Your health and safety should be the top priority.

If the emergency has passed but you feel the McDonald's employees acted negligently by refusing to assist you in a crisis, you have a few potential options:

1. File a complaint with the McDonald's corporate office. Provide the details of what happened, including date, time, location, and names of employees if you have them. Emphasize the seriousness of the situation and the distress their inaction caused you.

2. Consider filing a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. While they mainly handle issues like false advertising, they may direct you to local agencies that deal with customer mistreatment.

3. Consult with a personal injury attorney. If serious harm resulted from the delay in getting emergency care, you may have grounds for a lawsuit. Many lawyers offer free initial consultations.

4. Share your experience on social media and local community forums. Public awareness and media attention can sometimes spur companies to address issues and change policies.

Those are some initial steps I would consider in your situation. The behavior you described from the employees was unacceptable. I hope you are okay and that McDonald's makes this right. Wishing you all the best.
