Q: Dogs barking all hours of night. Im in a township outiside of Troy Ohio. Does this violate an Ohio noise ordinance?
They keep 10 or more dogs on the property but they don't live there. They have no control of them most of the time. Sometimes most of them are in pens. They are barking more then they are not.
