Traffic and I assumed we were free to go. Nml speed is 70. I was going 76. There were still barrels in other lane officer said. I don’t recall. I got confused by the situation. I didn’t realize it was still considered active I guess. Advice on what I should do? Would like to not have to go to court and just pay and do traffic school. Marked not prepayable. Thanks
A: Most likely can be resolved for traffic school but you will have to appear ( or hire a lawyer) as it is not repayable.
