Summerville, SC asked in Divorce for South Carolina

Q: I'm looking 4 the Affidavit of Due Diligence & Service By Publication 4 Family Court forms in SC- Not Probate Court Form

I filed for divorce in April. He won't tell me where he is living. No marital property or minor children & have lived apart for 4 years (20+years married). I paid for 2 Public Records reports online. I hired a P.I. to run a skip trace - it pulled up an old address we lived at together in the past, but nothing current. I hired a Process Server to deliver papers to the public records address- he said the address on file did not exist. I sent a certified letter to the last address we lived together - it was lost in the mail. I have tracking information, though. I contacted him on 3 different platforms - he won't respond. I contacted his family - they won't tell me anything. I contacted his ex-landlord who said he'd lived there with a gf but left the house trashed and in debt and didn't leave a forwarding address. I need to file that I have done my due diligence and need to get divorced by publication. I can only find these forms for Probate Court. Any help you can provide is appreciated!
