A: A Nevada attorney should advise you here, but your question remains open for a week. Non-revocable (or irrevocable) means you, the principal, cannot generally take back the powers you granted to the designated agent to act on your behalf. Is that something you wish to do? From your question, it looks like you don't fully understand what you might be getting yourself into. Ordinarily, with a revocable power of attorney, you keep the right to end the POA relationship so long as you are of sound mind. Why would you want to give up that right? Speak with a Nevada attorney - this is important. Good luck
