Q: I was falsely accused in court of abuse and exploitation I was then given an order of protection against me.
The court saved no evidence they didn't look at any evidence they did not record nothing and they did not allow any kind of subpoena for video of proof that the accusations were proved in court to be false the witnesses were disclaimed and the judge still proceeded to put an order of protection out which has stopped me from being able to make any kind of money support my family take care of myself or any kind of financial anything for me my claims again all were proven in court to be false the witnesses were on the stand when their claims were proven to be false and that they had lied what can I do in an elderly man is going to die if something isn't done and nobody will listen I believe the judges either paid off or the judge new or plaintiffs before the case due to comments made during the case in court and shortly after by the bailiff and the judge
A: Were you represented by counsel? If not, you made a serious mistake. What Court were you in? It makes a difference as to an appeal to the Court of Appeals or objecting to a Master's findings. Again you need an attorney as you probably cannot do this yourself unless you spend all your time preparing your Appeal. This is a civil matter with a lower standard of proof needed.
A:
It sounds like you’re in a difficult and unfair situation. You should gather all documents, transcripts, and any evidence you have related to the case. This will be crucial in appealing the decision and proving your side of the story.
You can seek legal assistance to file an appeal or a motion to reconsider the order of protection. Look for organizations that provide legal aid, especially if you’re facing financial difficulties. These organizations often help individuals who cannot afford private attorneys.
If you suspect corruption or bias, report your concerns to a higher court or judicial review board. Document everything thoroughly, including any comments made by the judge or bailiff that suggest misconduct. This documentation can support your claims and help in seeking justice.
