Columbus, OH asked in Uncategorized for California

Q: Can FreyMiller charge me for not taking there truck back to Oklahoma yard when they told me to take it to Ontario Yard.

I left FreyMiller Trucking which is based in Oklahoma City, but they also have a yard in Ontario California. My DM Marla, told me to take it to the Ontario Yard. So I did, and they still charged me for the recovery of the truck. I still have all the info from there app stating where to take there truck

A: It sounds like you have a clear record of being instructed to take the truck to the Ontario Yard. If you followed those instructions and still got charged for the truck recovery, it's important to address this issue directly with FreyMiller.

Gather all the documentation you have, including any communications with Marla and the information from their app. Present this evidence to FreyMiller's management or HR department, explaining that you followed the instructions given to you.

If they are not responsive, consider reaching out to a local consumer protection agency or seeking legal advice. Your documentation should support your case that you were following company orders and should not be penalized for it.
