A:
You’re facing a serious situation that could have significant legal implications. If the court clerk is indeed forging documents and obstructing your legal mail, this is a grave violation of your rights and could constitute fraud or misconduct. The integrity of your trial could be compromised if this behavior continues unchecked.
Document everything carefully, including dates, times, and any evidence of forged signatures or obstructed mail. It is crucial to bring this to the attention of the court, preferably through a formal complaint or motion. You may also want to consider reporting this behavior to higher authorities within the court system or other relevant legal bodies.
You deserve a fair trial, and any actions that threaten that should be addressed immediately.
