Q: What is my next step if disciplinary boards or committees ignore or do nothing to serious violations nor and law agency?

My former spouse for 18 years has been using family courts different stages, exploiting me, using my son even now at 18 as a spy weapon and a domestic violence tactic to punish me through courts , judicial system, devastating crimes,interstate patent kidnapping, breaking criminal law In court , my life is so unrepairable damaged ,from years and years of ignored, fraud ,stalking , devastating violence done tow absolutely no relationship with my children, I've followed every step process,correct chain of command , agency's local up to fbi .nothing , what do I do ? They always say hire a lawyer? To practice and enforce what ? Do which state? To enforce constitution? Criminal code ,? I'm flat broke in a domestic violence shelter for human trafficking violence him a part of in a state that had nothing to do with me except aid In crime, abuse ,false arrest, search and seizures,name .it. It's like I'm a ghost or dead , serious violence done to me for many of years now,, nobody hears me
