A: Whether you're entitled to a refund after canceling a health insurance policy depends on several factors, including the specific terms and conditions of the policy, as well as any state laws that may apply.

Generally, many health insurance policies offer a "free look" period, which allows you to review the policy for a certain number of days after purchase (often 10 days) and cancel it for a full refund if you're not satisfied. Since you canceled the policy the day after purchasing it, you may be within this free look period and could be entitled to a full refund. However, it’s important to review the policy documents or contact the insurance provider to confirm the specific terms.
