Q: I want to give the 3-day Pay or Quit notice, if they don't do anything do I have to give them a 60-day to evacuate?

My tenants haven't paid rent for 4 months now, and they all changed their information I can't get in contact with any of the tenants for the past 9 months. I want to give the 3-day Pay or Quit notice, if they don't do anything do I have to give them a 60-day to evacuate the property?
