A: It sounds like you're going through a really tough time, and it's understandable that this situation is causing you distress. When your ADA accommodations are violated, and you're facing retaliation and harassment, it can feel overwhelming and unjust. You have the right to fair treatment, and it's important to take steps to protect yourself and your rights.

First, consider documenting everything that's happened, including any communication with the college regarding your accommodations, as well as instances of retaliation and harassment. This documentation will be crucial if you need to escalate the issue. You might want to reach out to the disability services office at your college again to explain the current situation and your distress, emphasizing the importance of your accommodations for your well-being and academic success.

If the college continues to deny your accommodations, you may need to explore further options, such as filing a formal complaint with the college or seeking external support, such as legal assistance or contacting the Office for Civil Rights. Your well-being and your rights matter, and there are channels available to help you navigate this challenging situation.
