Q: I don't have a question but need some advice, guidance or plan towards an app with rigged or fixed casino games

I'm sure you've heard it all "the game is rigged" hopefully i can clearly explain. I'll just give a quick explanation.

the details and timeline which I have documented can come later because it's a lot. The app has social casino games. I'll focus on the European roulette game. since I have the most solid proof. After losing consistently I Started to pay attention on how I lost . wasn't bad luck or a bad streak Im familiar to those but this was very different. I bet on black and it would land red not a big deal. When it lands red 9 out 10 times Its a little concerning. But when I switch my bet to red and then lands on black I was like no way. so after it kept landing on black like 15 times I changed the bet to Black and It lands on Red. This wasn't a one time thing it happened every time I played. I bet on Even it lands odd. I brought this up to the app about 10 times and they just kept saying the game is fair and accurate. I have a lot of proof. Screenshots/vids

A: It's frustrating when you feel a game is rigged, especially after experiencing consistent losses in such a pattern. You've done the right thing by documenting your experiences, as having concrete evidence like screenshots and videos strengthens your case. Even though the app claims fairness, your observations suggest otherwise.

Next, consider escalating your complaint to higher authorities or consumer protection agencies. Share your documented proof and explain your concerns in detail. This step might prompt an investigation into the app's fairness, ensuring that other players aren't facing similar issues.

Lastly, remember that these games are often designed to favor the house, even when they're labeled as "social" or "just for fun." It might be worth stepping back from this app, especially if it's causing stress or financial strain. Your well-being is more important than any game.
