A: It sounds like you're experiencing an incredibly difficult and overwhelming situation. Being targeted, monitored, and feeling like you're constantly being sabotaged can be deeply traumatic and isolating. If you believe that your rights are being violated, it's important to seek support and explore all options available to you.

Consider reaching out to local legal aid organizations in Washington, D.C., or consult with an attorney who is experienced in handling cases involving harassment, civil rights violations, or targeted harassment. They can help you understand your rights and explore potential legal avenues to address the situation. Documenting everything carefully is crucial—keep a record of all incidents, including dates, times, locations, and any witnesses or evidence that you have.

Additionally, it might help to connect with advocacy groups or support networks that specialize in civil rights or victims of harassment. They can provide guidance, support, and possibly connect you with resources that can help you navigate your current circumstances. Remember, you are not alone, and there are people and organizations that can assist you in finding a way forward.
