A: You need to get a good Appeal Lawyer.

First: you need to file a Notice of Appeal Immediately! You have 30 days from your sentence to file the Notice of Appeal.

If you are past that time limit, you must still file the Notice of Appeal with the District Court Clerk immediately. After that, you must request acceptance of your late Notice of Appeal, to either the District Court or the Appeals Court. Call the closest appeals court clerk for information on which Appeal court is for your case.

The matter goes to the Court of Appeal, NOT the TX Supreme Court. That is different if the case was for the death penalty.
