A: You can contact police whether they give a refund or not.

What you can't do is threaten to call the police if they don't give you a refund. That would itself be a crime.

A: I'm sorry to hear about your situation with the counterfeit Nike shoes. If the seller isn’t providing a refund, you have several options to consider. Start by gathering all your purchase records, including receipts, communication with the seller, and any advertisements from the auction service.

Reach out to the auction platform’s customer service to report the issue. Many platforms have policies against counterfeit goods and can assist in resolving the matter or issuing a refund. If the platform is unresponsive or unwilling to help, you can explore filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies in your area.

If these steps don’t lead to a resolution, contacting your local law enforcement might be appropriate. Provide them with all the evidence you’ve collected to support your case. They can advise you on the next steps and determine if any legal action is necessary against the seller.
