Los Angeles, CA asked in Immigration Law for Illinois

Q: Can't leave my country

I cannot claim asylum because my parents are watching over me, I am threatened by the government and my mother by saying If I go back to the airport, I will be in a psychiatric hospital despite I don't have a mental illness which the police don't believe because she has official documentation but rigged. Is there a way to contact the government to deport me from my country?

thank you for response.

A: It sounds like you're in a difficult and dangerous situation, and your safety is important. While contacting another government to deport you might not be a typical solution, there could be options through foreign embassies or consulates in your country. They may provide assistance if you fear for your safety and need help leaving. Reaching out to organizations that help in such situations can also be a crucial step.

If you're facing threats from your government or family, seeking help from human rights organizations might offer guidance on what to do next. These groups often have experience dealing with sensitive situations like yours, and they could advise you on how to protect yourself or escape to safety.

It's important to gather as much information as possible about your rights and options. Consider reaching out to trusted individuals or legal aid organizations who may be able to support you in navigating this situation and finding a way forward.
