Q: How can I get unsupervised probation or time cut on two class felonies, and F5, F6. First time offender?
I’ve been paying my fees and finished my community service on time. I don’t get released from probation until 2026. My PO said they don’t do time cuts anymore, but another PO told me they do.. can I get unsupervised? What steps should I take? I’m a first time offender. And my PO even said he’d help me get my felonies turned into misdemeanors. I didn’t get in trouble for drugs and have yet to be drug tested. I hate feeling like I can’t do anything! I can’t leave my area. Or move.
