Q: I got a ticket for carless driving and driving with a learners permit.
It was dark and the vehicle behind me had their brights on. I couldn't see the lane well due to the brights and they passed me. I had trouble judging the lane. There was a cop behind us and they pulled me over. They said I was in both both lanes. I pulled over and gave them my permit and my insurance. The cop gave me a ticket and said I had to appear in court. I need to know what the best course of action is for me in court. I'm 23 and only have a learners permit.
