Q: Safety concern for my lawn mowing service.
26 years ago our neighbors had a survey done and used rebar to mark the boundary between our yards.They left the rebar sticking 2 feet out of the ground. It's a hazard to our lawn mower guy. Is it legal to leave the rebar?
