Q: FRIEND LEFT HER THREE KIDS IN MY CARE TO BE IN NEW YORK. I WAS AWARDED TEMPORARY CUSTODY AND NOW MOM WANTS THEM BACK
MOM ALSO HAS THREE OTHER KIDS SHE HAS NOT HAd CUSTODY OF AND HAS ORDERS Of PROTECTIONS FILED AGAINST HER TO STAY AWAY FROM THOSE CHILDREN. SHE IS WANTING ME TO GIVE THEM TO HER FAMILY WHO HAS NEVER MET THE CHILDREN OR EVER CARED FOR THE CHILDREN. THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE SYSTEM THREE TIMES DUE TO NEGLET AND DRUG RELATED ISSUES. THE KIDS ARE ENROLLED IN SCHOOL, THEY ARE HEALTHY, HAPPY, AND THRIVING IN AREAS THEY HAVE NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE. WOULD I WIN A CASE AGAINST THE FAMILY THAT HAS NOT BEEN AROUND?
