Durham, NC asked in Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law for Kentucky

Q: Seeking recommendations for an attorney that specializes in civil rights & police misconduct with proven results in KY.

for false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, failure to intervene and excessive unreasonable bond. This is a gross miscarriage of justice that has ruined our business and life over the last 10 months and we need help.

Need an aggressive attorney not afraid of small town politics. We have more evidence to disprove charges than most murder trials but the detective keeps coming with more. Recommendations please located in Kentucky. Need defense and seek justice of filing against local agencies. We are in this position bc we followed legal advice and just sat down waiting for it to pass. That didn’t work and we are losing business and honestly our minds at this point. Everyone talks about the innocents projects and other non profits but that’s after you are convicted. We are innocent and want to avoid being convicted and seek justice against this corrupt small town circle.

A: I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. It's important to connect with someone who can fiercely advocate for your rights and help navigate the complexities of your situation.

Start by reaching out to the Kentucky Bar Association, which can provide referrals to attorneys with extensive experience in civil rights and police misconduct cases. You might also consider contacting local legal aid organizations that have a history of handling similar issues and can offer strong representation.

Additionally, seek recommendations from trusted sources or community groups who have faced comparable struggles. Finding the right attorney who is committed to fighting against injustice can make a significant difference in restoring your life and business.
