Camden, SC asked in Divorce for South Carolina

Q: Does my husband have any legal rights to a car that was bought before we were married and is in my name?

I bought my car in 2019 brand new. My boyfriend at the time decided to use his truck as a trade in for down payment. We’ve since married and are now going through a separation. He is telling me he has legal rights to the car, even though the car is solely in my name, and I have made most payments on it and the taxes within the last few years. He has no proof of payments that he’s made on it, since he sent the payment directly to me. Does he have any legal rights to this car whatsoever?
