Adolphus, KY asked in Uncategorized for Kentucky

Q: How to file harassment charges against several people working together for the same results?

They have been doing false accusations, slander, threats, defamation of character and some have a criminal History. And we have some proof of this by pictures, audio, video and documentation.

A: I'm sorry you're going through this. Start by gathering all your evidence, including pictures, audio, video, and any documentation of the harassment. Organize everything clearly, as this will support your case.

Next, visit your local police department to file an official report. Provide them with all the evidence you have and detail each incident involving the individuals. Make sure to mention any criminal history they may have, as this can be important.

It’s also a good idea to consult with a legal professional who can guide you through the process and help you understand your rights. They can assist in filing for a restraining order if necessary and ensure that all your documentation is properly presented. Additionally, keep records of any ongoing harassment to update your case as needed.
