Q: How can I get low income/no income fault based divorce assistance for emotional abuse while pregnant in delaware county.
Partner asked for divorce then blocked my number. Lied to everyone and said I asked for divorce and abandoned me while 23 weeks pregnant. I am over the manipulation, gaslighting and suffering and I'm just ready for all this to be over. But now he's refusing to cooperate or sign papers and I can't afford overriding his signature. Also after everything I've experienced and tolerated I don't even feel safe with him around the child unless there's proof of mental stability.
