Q: I purchased a car and I need some advice on what to do about this situation?
I purchased a car from this woman she was in a financial bind at the time. I gave her $3500.00 for her vehicle that she didn’t have the title for but did sign a bill of sale in front of a notary. The car has salvaged title I knew this before I purchased the car two weeks ago. However, this woman’s mother steps in and gives the car to her youngest daughter and she’s know driving the vehicle I paid for the female I purchased it from her mother is always going on and on back how she has the law in her back pocket. Which truly doesn’t impress me but I need to know what I can do legally to get the car?
