Q: if someone confesses to a drug deal that someone else is being charged with what will the prosecution be required to do
if a c.i. comes into a house occupied by several people and video's a supposed drug deal but the video actually shows no transaction nor drugs and then another person in the house who did partake in the transaction but also not shown on the video, what will happen to both the person falsely charged and the person who ultimately confesses that it was they that did the deal? will both be charged or will neither be charged or what? and what if the c.i.is unable to testify due to a more serious charge they caught shortly thereafter and their lawyer wont let them testify due the their pending case
