I am reaching out with a sincere request for your expertise to help my partner navigate some troubling misconceptions/misinformation on YouTube that support ridiculous claims. Despite only viewing this misinformation on YouTube and not actually acting on them, these ideas have nonetheless caused a great concern for me. Particularly, declaring oneself outside legal jurisdiction or using "magic words" to evade legal consequences is the main narrative of this bogus content.
