Q: husband driving mcycle wife pass on rear acc 115mph+ wife comes off sustains major injuries hus refuse pay hosp. legal?

Witness account on police report stated,driver was driving eratic&under heavy acceleration the pass holding a to go order in one hand only one hand holding onto driver was thrown off bike speeds 115mph+she suffered severe injuries. There was an argument during innocent The husband has disowned the wife and refuses to acknowledge he is married to her since the accident. Giving no support of any kind and hasn't paid any medical bills or rehabilitation bills and no other kind of support, none! How does the law read state of ga. Responsible for wife's bills? Or need to file a whole other criminal case ? He was trying to throw her off the bike, and did! Where does the wife go from here? The husband comes from a wealthy family which came from another country and owns many stores in ga. He refuses to acknowledge any responsibility what can be done for the wife to recover monetary damage for injuries?
