Q: We disagree with signing a 54 page document that a corporate leasing company has sent us. What can we do?
If we sign this lease we are waiving our rights to take this corporation to court in any way, shape or form. If we don't sign this lease we will be held to a month to month lease at a much higher rate or evicted.
We just discovered the FTC rulings against this business and HB 404 (in GA) before our lease came up for renewal.
