Q: my m&d gave gdaughter gifts valued 20k+, m def dementia& d died. Gd poa month&1/2 later.Sold gifts, changed will to her

Niece has stolen 100k but no money. Mom now destitute. Niece was taking gifts of large worth and sold following months and thinks she is ok since was give to her before POA.Signed new will and POA 6 weeks after gifts, was in safe and stole. Will changed to her 40% w hers going to son if die, my other bro 40% his going to daughter-but that is her sister, this bro has 4 boys. It was written wrong, next all jewelry gone like 50k to 100k, safeprob 70K and antique chair and another gifts. She denies stealing anything but she and dad were only ones w safe combo. My mom is now destitute and has to leave her over 55 community
